Prices
Generally, the prices indicated on our site are not contractual and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices are always displayed inclusive of tax (TTC) unless otherwise specified. Copains reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but commits to applying the rates that were indicated to you at the time of your order.
Payment Method
You can pay by credit card: payment is processed on our partner’s secure banking server. This means that no banking information about you is transmitted via the Copains website. Card payment is therefore completely secure; your order will be registered and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.
Security
Your credit card details are encrypted and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly with the bank. Copains never has access to your details and does not store them on its servers. This is why they are requested again for each new transaction on our site.
Registration on the Copains Website
When registering on the Copains website, you must choose a username associated with a valid email address and a password. It is your responsibility to keep this information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties, to avoid as much as possible any risk of intrusion into your customer account and unauthorized ordering without your knowledge. Copains cannot be held responsible for any use of your customer account by a third party who may have gained access to your username and password, whether through your initiative or your negligence. When registering on the Copains website, you must also provide a valid delivery address located within our delivery zones. The delivery address you provide during registration must be as precise as possible (e.g., building number, floor, access code, etc.) to allow the delivery person to deliver your order under the best conditions and in the shortest possible time. Copains cannot be held responsible for any delivery impossibility due to erroneous or incomplete information. Once your registration is complete, a summary email will be sent to the email address you previously provided.
Copains Product Selection
The products presented in the various departments of our Copains range are subject to availability. In case of an issue with product availability or other matters, Copains may, at its sole discretion, contact you by phone at the number you provided during registration to offer you the option of choosing another product or to reduce the invoice amount by the price of the unavailable product. This reduction may also take the form of a credit valid for a future order.
Order Confirmation
Once you have selected your Copains products, you will be asked to validate your cart and then indicate your chosen payment method. The Copains website accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard credit cards through our secure online payment provider. Once this operation is completed, your order is automatically registered and becomes firm and final, in accordance with legal provisions, excluding the right of withdrawal for distance sales of perishable products.
Electronic Signature
The “OK” button, associated with the authentication and non-repudiation click, constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature. Any order form signed by the customer via the “Click” constitutes an irrevocable acceptance that can only be challenged in the limited cases provided for in this contract. Order details are sent via a confirmation email. This confirmation email serves as proof of the order placed between the customer and Copains. It is recommended to keep this email.
Delivery
In a constant pursuit of quality, Copains ensures compliance with delivery times. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the order upon delivery and to inform customer service within 24 hours of any complaints they wish to make: e-commerce@copains-paris.com.
